In the Industries like listed above, Dryers/Dehumidifiers are functioning to dry the final product manufactured by them eg. Starch, Tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilizer, Paper-Pulp etc. When these products are in final stage they are passed through Dryers and the hot air is blown over them to take away their moisture contents. The hot air is partially exhausted and partially re-circulated through the blower. In Rubber, Dye- Paint, Oil Industries also to remove the humidity, hot air is required. In Milk Powder Producing Industries the hot air is blown over the milk falling down, thereby acheiving the dry Milk powder. In some industries the air is heated by using flue gases whereas in others it is heated by using steam or hytherm oil.

We, at Falls Industries In-corporation, besides Shell & Tube type Heat Exchangers design and manufacture standard models of Steam Air Heaters. Basically being a Radiator when atmospheric air is blown over the finned tubes, mainly the extended surface of fins heats up the air. The tubes used are of heavy guage Boiler Quality CDW steel or S.S. Instead of round square/rectangular fins are employed to opt maximum surface for heat transfer. Zinc plating done on M.S. tubes protects them from fast rusting. Generally Aluminium fins are preferred being economical and better for heat transfer.In case of M.S. fins complete assembly is hot dip galvanised. The pressing of fins is mechanically so done that a good surface contact is achieved.
